Working for an established and well reputed claims company specialising in claims under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, Section 75 and 140.
Based in the North of Birmingham this role benefits form working in a friendly and lively working environment for experienced and legally trained consumer credit claims experts.
Applicants must be proficient in claims handing and have a minimum of 2:2 Law Degree or extensive experience in claims management as a claims handler or fee earner.
With excellent multi-tasking skills you must be able to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining exacting standards of service.
No two days are the same in this role, and you will be working with a wide range of clients and third parties, communicating in writing and over the phone.
You will be responsible for obtaining detailed statements, carrying out legal research and have a strong knowledge of case law reporting.
Applicants should have extensive claims management experience as either a fee earner or claims handler and will ideally have a law degree.
