Claims Asessor

Time Recruitment are seeking Claims Assessors/Sales Advisors for our market leading client in Altrincham. We are looking for experienced, money motivated Sales Advisors to join their ever growing Claims Assessing team, full induction training will be provided for the right candidate who will be professional, target driven and wants to work in a fast paced fun environment.

Our client is one of the longest established and most successful claims management companies in the UK, they have been running for over 8 years and are located in the centre of Altrincham witch is very easily commutable from all over Manchester (8 minutes' walk from Altrincham interchange)

Responsibilities for the customer service role include:

"Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls from web leads and enquiries
"Fact finding with customer
"Assessing if customer will be eligible to make the claim
"Qualifying customer
"Once qualified transferring to relevant department
