Do you enjoy customer service? This is a varied administration role involving taking incoming phone enquiries from claimants, processing and updating their claims in line with fixed procedures following submission of documentation.
You will be working in a financial services call centre and be operating as part of a dedicated claims processing team.
Good communication skills and a methodical, accurate approach to your work are required for this job together with competent computer skills.
