Claims Administrator

Huntress Harlow are current recruiting on behalf our clients based at their modern offices in Harlow. As a Claims Administrator you will be a key part of their Claims Administration team who are the first point of contact for the business. This role demands exceptional levels of administration and customer service.

Main Duties

  • Answer incoming calls from new and existing clients
  • Call new and existing clients to assess validity of their claim
  • Update clients on their claims position
  • Manage a busy inbox and replying via phone and email
  • Scanning documents and any other general correspondence
  • General Administration

Salary: £16,500.00 /year + Company performance bonus.
