Role: Claims Administrator
Location: Coventry
Salary: £15,000 - £20,000

A well-established underwriting agent in Coventry are looking for a Claims Administrator to join their growing team dealing with various claims including Property Owners, Commercial and Motor Trade.

Role Requirements & Duties:

-Handle various claims including but not limited to Property Owners, Commercial and Motor Trade.
-Report claims to the necessary insurer and or third party handling company.
-Chase claim updates and log onto the system.
-Collate claims evidence and reports as requested by third parties.
-Ensure all claims are up to date as and when changes occur.

Candidate Skills and Competencies:

-Previous insurance admin experience is required for this role.
-Insurance claims experience is beneficial.
-Ability to work closely as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
-You will also demonstrate outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
-Cert CII qualification desirable but not necessary.
- Excellent phone manner.
