My client is a leading consulting civil and structural engineers, based in Sevenoaks in Kent working on award-winning work ranges from small-scale refurbishment and extension to large-scale new build in all areas from residential, education, healthcare and arts to commercial, sports and infrastructure - nationally and internationally.
Their specialisms include heritage engineering, off-site fabrication, appraisal of existing buildings, refurbishment and repair, infrastructure engineering, engineering sustainability, pre-planning advice and deep basement design
As the successful candidate you should be capable of designing roads, junctions and foul and surface water drainage systems. Experience in Contract Administration or other civil engineering design would be advantageous. Working knowledge of WinDes/MicroDrainage, AutoCAD and Civils 3D would also be advantageous.
You would be expected to manage projects within the office, liaising with colleagues and team leaders, to ensure adequate resources are allocated, deadlines met and budgets adhered to.
Liaison with clients and other professionals and attending meetings will also be necessary.
This role is based at the Sevenoaks office within the Civil Engineering Team. The office is a friendly professional consultancy environment and provide an ICE approved training scheme.
