Civil Design Engineer working for a well known developer in South Manchester.

Your new company
Your new company is well known national house-builder with technical offices across the UK. Due to continued growth and positive project pipeline they are now looking to bring in a design engineer to work on a range of highways and drainage schemes.

Your new role
In your new role you will report into the technical manger, acting a technical expert when it comes to residential projects. You will work on both highways & drainage design schemes for housing developments, using 3D software like Micro Drainage and Civil 3D. You also work closely with other engineer on S278, 38 and 104 agreements. Within your role you will also be involved with running the projects, making sure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to come from a strong civil engineering background, having experience working on residential projects in the past. You need to be able to work on both highways & drainage projects, using software like Civil 3D and Micro Drainage. You also need to be familiar with S278, 38, 104 & 106 agreements
