Christmas Temps ! - Customer Service - High Brooms

FRS currently require a number customer service Christmas temps for our highly prestigious client, a distributor who are about to approach their peak period, in Tunbridge Wells.

Previous customer service experience would be great, but this is not essential, Just having a love for helping and talking to people will be a start!

We need bright, enthusiastic people who know the difference between your and you're and there and their!

Fluent written and spoken English

If you have a love of Alchohol then this will be the assignment for you! (no drinking on shift unfortunately)

You must be flexible to work both day and night shifts

Five shifts from Monday to Friday (inclusive) either:

starting at 0600hrs and ending at 1430hrs;
starting at 0900hrs and ending at 1730hrs; or
starting at 1130hrs and ending at 2000hrs;

£9ph for Day shift/Middle shift
£10ph for Night Shift (8pm finish)

2 weekend days (only one weekend day) per month with a day off in the week to cover this.

You will be managing queries via phone, social media, email and instant chat
Reviewing and processing orders
Identifying any errors on orders
Invoicing orders
Liaising with couriers and logistic companies
Advising customers on their products and offering them support in choosing the perfect bottle!
