TITLE: Christmas Temp Customer Service Advisor

LOCATION: Bournemouth Town Centre

SALARY: £9.16 per hour

HOURS: Full Time, Temporary (1st November 2021 - 24th December 2021)

One of the most advanced and exciting Customer Contact Centres in the UK is expanding their team to provide their customers with a very high quality and personal level of service.

If you are looking for a Temporary Christmas Customer Service role, have a proven track record within the customer services industry, enjoy working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment and would like to be a part of a successful team we would love to hear from you.

Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and exceptional customer service skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls and emails efficiently and within SLA
  • Provide excellent Customer Service
  • Working to achieve team and individual targets
  • Be positive, calm and resilient under pressure
