My clients a well established freight forwarding company based within the Heathrow area ARE SEEKING A Chinese Speaking customer service clerk to handle key accounts within Exports

Duties would include:

  • Handling air freight shipments for exports mainly but basic import knowledge a major advantage
  • Customs entries (MAJOR ADVANTAGE)
  • Handling key accounts
  • Arranging collections
  • Post flights
  • Pre-alerts
  • Quotations
  • Negotiation

Skills needed:

  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Experience dealing with freight / logistics
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • PC literate
  • Steady work history

Working hours

4 on 4 off Day 7.00-19.00
