NEW POSITION - We are recruiting for a CHINESE speaking customer services clerk to join a well established company based at Heathrow. Due to the customer base and location you must be fluent in Chinese.

  • Deploying customer service policies and procedures for West Europe Region
  • Liaising with agents
  • Tracking and tracing shipments
  • Handling queries
  • Working with operations to drive service quality

Hours are Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm
