NEW POSITION - We are recruiting for a CHINESE speaking cargo customer services clerk to join their team based at Heathrow. Due to the customer base and location you must be fluent in Chinese.
You will be providing a high level of customer service to airline customers and the role will include the following duties:
- Checking air way bills and cargo documentation
- Updating customers via telephone & email
- Dealing with tracking and tracing of shipments for cargo
- Damage report
Hours are Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm
Previous experience within the airline, freight or cargo industry would be a major advantage however if you have a good solid work history within customer services and fluent in Chinese you will be considered.
This is a temp - perm role paying £24k per annum once perm. You will be required to have a 5 year employment check and you will be required to have a criminal record / DBS check
