Chinese Mandarin speaking Business Relationship Executive with Relationship Management, Data Driven Analytics, Account Management and Business Development expertise is required by a multiple award winning, market-leading games studio based in Birmingham who are the UK’s largest privately owned mobile e-gaming company! We currently have just over 260+ employees here at our Birmingham HQ with 5 online brands (mFortune, Pocketwin, Mr Spin, Dr Slot, Cashmo) with a wide range of digital products across mobile, web and tablet platforms that are completely designed, developed and managed in-house.

In this position, you will work across multiple departments, managing and maintaining a wide variety of key relationships with external partners to help understand, analyse, optimise and monetise accounts with particular focus on performance related routine reports and ROI. You will be tasked with understanding and analysing all aspects of our customer related data, including reviewing reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis - looking for any issues and optimisation opportunities as we continue to grow as a business both in the UK and International markets.

You will manage a small team and act as a commercial representative for the business whereby you will have an excellent understanding of monetising digital products and improve the brand presence in the fast and diverse world of online gaming! With a numerical and analytical mindset, you will monitor the performance of external partners, analyse and drive insight via multiple data sources whilst running concurrent A/B testing projects to ensure our commercial operations are fully optimised and represent the best possible ROI related to our exciting range of mobile and web based products!

Key skills we’re looking for…

  • Excellent Relationship Management/Business Development/Account Management expertise.
  • Fluent Chinese Mandarin speaker.
  • Experience in digital/online/ecommerce sectors.
  • Solid numerical and data analytics skills.
