Children's Support Worker - Port Talbot outskirts - Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Your new company
My client is a lovely Owner Managed organisation with a really great family feel who is looking for an ongoing temporary Support Worker with a view for them becoming permanent.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for the care alongside a team of three children under the age of eighteen who are mid level challenging behaviour.
The position will require you to be flexible on days and waking nights, 12 hour shifts.
The children are very active and enjoy going out into the community with their Support Workers so this position does require that you hold a driving licence.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be keen for a long term appointment with the view to becoming permanent and have experience and a passion for working and advocating for the children in the setting.
What you'll get in return
In return you will work alongside an established team and be a key member of the staff caring for the service users.
