Children's Support Workers

Prospero Health and Social Care have a variety of opportunities available for Support Workers to join a leading Social Care agency, supporting Children in Crisis and Vulnerable young people.

Vacancies across private and local authority clients in Essex.

Seeking enthusiastic staff who have a passion for working with young teenagers and would like to develop and nurture their life experiences.

Roles will involve taking Children out into the community for activities and enabling these teenagers to live more independently, supporting children and teenagers with everyday tasks, report writing.

Supporting children as young as 11 years of age and upwards up to 18 year olds.

Working with a variety of children from various backgrounds and including: learning disabilities, emotional and behavioural issues, CSE Issues, Children who self-harm, young offenders and those with substance misuse and detachment disorders.

General direct support, 1 to 1 support, support in the community and helping the young people live a fun and fulfilling life whilst in full time care.

To be a contender for this role you must have 6 months previous experience and a passion to work in the care sector.
