Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker
Location: Gloucester
Salary £8-12 per hour
Hours: Shift work
Start Date: Immediately

This role will require you to offer structure and support to vulnerable children's lives.
Your commitment would be essential, but above all you will be someone with a genuine desire to help others.
In this role you will be expected to support in the residential side of the school. The children within this school need personal care, guidance and support in day to day life and fun activities. This role will be highly rewarding, varied and enjoyable.

Skills Required
*Adaptable, and able to take initiative.
*Experience working with people in either a school or care setting.
*Willingness to work with SEND and challenging behaviour.
*Flexible working pattern

Your role as a Support Worker
*Providing encouragement when getting ready for school
*Care Planning
*Meal Planning
*Organising and facilitating social activities
*Maintaining the home (cleaning, laundry and shopping etc.)
*Home management.

Located close to the beautiful town of Tewkesbury, this purpose built school is ideally located with great transport links.
