This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in children's care and OFSTED standards, alongside a willingness to learn and adapt as we expand our services in the area.
As a forward-thinking organization with a few existing homes throughout Bristol and plans to launch more in the near future, we are committed to supporting young people facing Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD), PTSD, attachment issues, and other complex needs. Our goal is to provide children and young people the right mix of independence and support to help them grow into confident adults.
