Children's Registered Manager - Hough Green Area - Up to £35,000 plus Benefits

My client is a highly successful organisation what specialise in Children with EBD and Mild Learning Disabilities. They have expanded over the last year and are growing all the time. this is for the Hough Green Area.

This is a 2 bed unit with Children and Young People up to 17 years old, EBD. You will be responsible for the running of the home as well as recruitment for the home and Ofsted inspections. The role is 9-5 Monday to Friday to but this does offer flexibility. As long as the hours are met and the home is running effectively, start and end times can be changed.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager looking for a new challenge, or, a Deputy who is looking for their next step up in their career.

To apply for this role you must have the following,

- QCF Level 5 (or equivalent)

- Experience Managing Children's Residential Care (or Deputy looking for step up)

- Driver (with vehicle)

Please Note: If you do not have the Level 5, this will be funded. Must be willing to complete this in role.

You will be offered a salary of between £28,000 - £35,000 depending on skills and experience as well as a bonus based on performance.
