Children’s Registered Manager - Galgate, Lancaster area - £26,000 rising to £30,000 once registered with Ofsted.

My client is a growing children’s service with a number of homes in the North of England. They specialise in Children and Young People with EBD and CSE needs. They have doubled in size over the last 12 months so this is an exciting time to join their team. they are looking for an experienced Manager to help them run the service and assist with future referrals. you will then naturally progress up within the organisation with a view to overseeing more homes if this is something you want to do.

The service is a solo unit at the moment but will be a 2 bed eventually. This home is for extremely challenging children so experience is essential. You hours will be 9-5 Monday to Friday but some flexibility would be expected.

To apply for this job, you must have the following,

- Experience as a Manager of Children’s Residential Services

- QCF Level 5 or equivalent (will take working towards or willing to work towards if you have right experience as manager)

- Driver

You will be offered a salary of £26,000 rising to £30,000 once you are registered with Ofsted. You will also take advantage of a company pension scheme, mileage for any work use of your vehicle and bonus based on performance.
