Children’s Registered Manager

I am currently working on behalf of an excellent client who is seeking a strong Registered Manager to join one of their services supporting children with EBD and Challenging Behaviour, based in the Carlisle area.

They are a small organisation with an excellent reputation. They are a growing company with plenty of growth and opportunities to offer in the future who are striving to becoming one of the leading specialist in Residential Care.

As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home in accordance with the Children's Homes regulations. In return they offer a competitive salary, as well as great support and progression paths for all managers.

A well-developed Deputy looking to take the step up will also be considered for this post.

What you will need:

  • Proven experience in running/deputising a similar Children's Residential Home
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management - working or willing to work towards
  • Working knowledge of all Children's regulations and OFSTED
  • Level 3 in Children and Young People
  • Experience in developing staff teams
