The ideal nurse will have a range of paediatric nursing experience including central lines and IVABs.

You will be required to provide care at home or as close to home as possible to ensure children do not need to stay in hospital, giving care in the community which supports early hospital discharge and prevention of attendance or readmission.

Immediate start available - 3 days per week, flexible.

As a children's community nurse you will:
- assess, observe and report on the condition of Children
- prepare patients for operations and procedures
- record pulse, temperature and respiration and keep accurate records of these observations
- set up drips and blood transfusions
- maintain and check intravenous infusions

You must have:
- At least 12 months previous NHS experience
- Degree or equivalent in Nursing
- NMC registration
