You will be responsible for:
*Ensuring children and young people with disabilities are safeguarded and protected from the risk of harm
*Liaising with colleagues in order to gather information relevant to assessment and care planning
The requirements for this role are:
*Degree or equivalent qualification in Social work
*A minimum of twelve months experience working within a childrens social worker role.
*Current HCPC registration.
