I have exceptional permanent opportunities for children support workers. There is an exceptional working environment, with training and progression on offer. You would ideally have some experienced within a children's support worker setting, however the client with also consider adult support workers with autism experience.
To succeed we need people who share our passion for making a difference and ideally (though not essential as training will be given) have previous experience of autism. We are committed to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare and expect all staff to share this commitment.
This role is 52 weeks a year/ 5 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays pro rata.
The successful candidate under the direction of registered manager, will work as part of a dedicated team of staff to provide a high level of care to the residents, supporting them to achieve and progress. The successful candidate will be required to support residents with accessing community based activities, education and supporting them with daily living skills.
