I am looking for someone who would like to work at the weekend and possibly the odd evening. 



Reed Community Care has a great opportunity for support workers to join us in supporting our client who has a diagnosis of autism.

Duties to include supporting the client to access the local and wider community, supporting with some personal care. We are looking for support workers with a positive, outgoing personality to encourage our clients independence as well as interacting with our clients hobbies. 


?As a support worker for Reed Community Care you will benefit from:

The ideal worker will have:

?6 months experience in health and social care.

Knowledge of safeguarding and person centred care. 

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a wider team.
