We’re looking for four new Children’s Residential Support Worker’s to join our brand new team for the opening of our brand new home. This is a really exciting time to join the company and start making the changes needed to improve children’s lives forever. You will be based in our sexual trauma home based in Monkmoor, Shrewsbury. The children in our care will be between the ages of 4-12years old. This is a five bedroomed home therefore we have the capacity to accommodate for five young people.

- Must have held a full UK driving license for 2 years or more.
- Must be 21 or over.
- NVQ level 3 in Children and young people (preferred not essential)
Two on, four off basis; working 16hr shifts followed by a sleep x2, followed by four days off. This runs on a one month rolling rota. You will be provided with your rota in advance so you can always plan around your days in etc.
You will also be required to work one on call shift per month. This will be on one day of the weekend each month.
Starting inexperienced/unqualified £8.15
Post probation £8.65
Post completion of qualification £9.00
Sleep ins £26.36
On call £30.00

- Transporting children around from location to location
- Cooking and preparing meals for the children
- Cleaning and household duties
