This post offers an exciting opportunity to join a newly integrated and expanding team dedicated to promoting the health and wellbeing of Children with continence issues. Our aim is to ensure that all children, regardless of disability, have the opportunity to achieve continence or achieve the best possible continence outcomes with minimal impact on their quality of life.
The role itself provides an opportunity to work with children and young people and their families in both acute and community settings, as well colleagues from all health and social care backgrounds providing them with specialist advice and resource. You will be encouraged to take part in the development of new and innovative ways of working as our Pathways begin to emerge from their written form into practice.
The team has an experienced team lead and 2 nurse specialists (1 WTE) in post to provide support to our new staff members. The work will be challenging, but hugely rewarding.
If you are interested in joining our team at this pioneering stage in our development, if you think you can think outside the box, please contact Kath Dawson, Children’s Continence Team Lead, on or email . We look forward to hearing from you!
