Connected Recruitment are looking for childcare workers to join our bank staff team covering our nurseries in the West London, Middlesex and Surrey area.
This position allows you to work as little or as many hours as you would like and gives you the flexibility to work around your current social or study commitments.
Ideal Candidate should be:
A happy and helpful team player, who has a passion for working with children and drive to achieve outstanding practice
You should be hard working and organised whilst being caring and reliable at all times.
You should have the ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure as well as take part in the wider nursery team.
You will need to be an excellent communicator with the ability to work with colleagues to make positive changes within the Nursery
Previous experience of working with children in early years is desirable but not essential.
To build good relationships with parents in order to support new parents and settling children into the nursery.
