Job Title - Qualified Social Worker - Child Protection
Location - Various Location North West
Job Type - Contract
Duration - 6 months +
Pay Rate - up to £26p/h
Medicare currently has a number of fabulous opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to take on a role within the Child Protection teams across the North West. The role will involve providing care to the most vulnerable children within Sunderland. The team are looking to appoint an individual with vast experience of working with vulnerable children.
Duties will include:
*Managing complex child protection case loads
*Assessing risk and carrying out assessments and meetings with families
*Completing section 47's
*Attending courting, writing reports and statements
*Child protection case conferences
*Statutory looked after children reviews
*Effective time management and accurate timekeeping and information recording

You will need the following in order to be considered for the Role:
*BA/MA/BSc/MSc Social Work, CQSW, DipSW, CSS or CCETSW approved equivalent).
*It is also essential that you be registered with the HCPC.
*Experience must have been gained post qualifying sufficient in order to settle quickly into this position.
*Reference Details to cover employment for the previous 5 year work history
*DBS on the update service or happy to process a new one
