-You will hit the ground running with your own caseload of Child Care files from start to completion under minimum supervision.
-Undertaking a mixed caseload, you will cover Public Law work.
-The roles comes with lots of opportunity and you will even be able to take on your own advocacy.

-You must be able to demonstrate at least six months experience working in a Childcare or family department handling childcare work and running your own caseload.
-Ideally you will have focused on Public Law however this is not essential and those from a private background will still be considered.
-Joining a traditional environment, the role comes with lots of client contact and so you must be a confident communicator with strong client care skills.
