Our client, a leading Fintech with offices worldwide, is seeking a commercially focused, highly analytical, and tech-savvy experienced Chief Customer Officer - CCO - to join the Senior Management Team at their London offices
Working directly with the CEO you will be responsible for ensuring a first class experience throughout the customer life cycle, compiling delivery roadmaps and driving optimisation for onboarding, engagement, and customer retention journeys. The position also acts as an enabler to optimise CX across all touchpoints and oversee UX/UI designer and product teams' activities.
The ideal candidate will hold strong leadership, influencing and negotiation skills. They will also have experience in using behavioural analytical tools, visualisation, customer journey mapping, and customer voice/feedback tools ideally within a financial or fintech environment
Salary £140,000 to £170,000 plus benefits and flexible, dynamic working
