Ward Manager - FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT OPPORTUNITY - 6 MONTHS
We are looking for an individual who is committed to the field of Adult Acute Mental Health Nursing. You should bring with you knowledge, experience and expertise in the provision of Acute Care Interventions for service users with Acute Mental Illness.
Sound clinical skills are required, and candidates will need to demonstrate at interview that they can effectively assess and manage risk and formulate service-user-centred care interventions.
RMN/RNLD or OT qualified, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and experience in managing staff. You’ll be effective at delegation, auditing, prioritisation and using initiative is a pre-requisite. This role is all about integration and working professionally. It’s essential that you understand the complexity of the role as it can be unpredictable and challenging. If you have a genuine passion for promoting good practice and patient safe care it can also be hugely rewarding! It’s also a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career.
Most importantly, you will demonstrate a passion for acute inpatient nursing and a dedication to ensuring that they lead and supervise their nursing team in providing the very best care to service users.
