Chemotherapy Staff Nurse

This is 37.5 hour post. We have an opportunityto join a small, well established, forward-thinking team who deliver chemotherapy to a range of cancer patients. As a team we collectively aim to support any new staff members with training and preceptorships. We have a 100% score from patient feedback surveys on a regular basis.

We are looking for a dedicated person who is able to show compassion and empathy to patients and are willing to develop their skills further where needed.

The Trust is committed to safeguarding adults and children therefore if the post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended) the successful candidate(s) will be subject to a criminal records check with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The cost of the DBS must be met by the successful candidate(s) through salary deduction. DBS charges are as follows if applicable to the post:

Standard Check: £26 + Administration cost of £4.20 = deducted at £10.20 from 1st month salary and £10 deducted from salary over following 2 months.

Enhanced Check: £44 + administration cost of £4.20 = £15.20 deducted from 1st month salary and £11 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
