Chemistry Teacher

Chemistry teacher |South West London | January 2021

Chemistry teacher required for 11-16 secondary school in South West London to start in January 2021. Timetable will be split between KS3 Science and GCSE Chemistry. Previous experience of teaching GCSE Chemistry is essential for the role. Applications welcome from both an experienced Chemistry teacher and an NQT.

The successful Chemistry applicant will be pro-active and self-motivated, aspiring to be an outstanding practitioner if not already. You should be an innovative teacher with the ability to prepare lessons that ensure progression.

Many of the students at the school are highly academic so we are looking for a Chemistry Teacher who is not only strong with classroom management but also able to stretch academically gifted learners. The successful applicant will have a Chemistry degree, hold QTS/QTLS and have a good track record of teaching good lessons at both KS3 and KS4.

This is a long term role that can be made permanent for the right candidate.
