Dunbar Education are seeking a Chemistry Teacher who has a passion for working with young people and are committed to making a difference to their future.

This post presents an exciting opportunity for an inspirational teacher to challenge these highly able students in a subject which attracts large Advanced Level numbers.

This position would suit a qualified Chemistry teacher, or a suitably qualified graduate with a desire to train as a teacher of Chemistry.

Through their own induction programme, and the use of external agencies, the school has a proven record of securing QTS for talented graduates who join us without a formal teaching qualification.

There are also excellent professional development and leadership opportunities for experienced teachers.

Requirements:

  • Must have UK QTS (Or recognised teaching qualification)
  • Degree Level Qualification
  • Able to teach Chemistry to Key Stage 5
  • Good Behaviour Management Skills
  • Experience in UK Classroom
  • UK DBS (within last 3 Years)
