We are looking for a Chemistry Machine Learning, Deep Learning Researcher with technical expertise in the field of applying machine learning algorithms, Deep Learning, probabilistic modelling techniques and experience in chemical property prediction e.g. QSAR/ADMET, drug target interactions, chemical generation and multi-parameter optimisation.

Applying this experience to help cure diseases the Chemistry Machine Learning Researcher will work within a large team of Machine Learning Researchers providing their specific expertise within the chemistry data sets which can a real impact in the drug discovery process.

Ideally we seek an individual with a sound grasp of machine learning with a PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Chemistry, Cheminformatics, or a related technical field. A solid understanding of the principle applications of ML in the Chemistry field (such as QSAR/ADMET modelling). Familiarity with Cactvs, RDKit, docking, virtual screening, ChEMBL databases.

The Machine Learning Researcher will ideally have experience in a commercial or Post-Doctoral project, applying those algorithms to the real-world chemistry data. We are looking for a Researcher at this intersection of Chemistry and Machine Learning with a real passion to make a positive impact in the world.

You will have the right mixture of inquisitiveness and rigour to follow through with the agreed tasks, and The Machine Learning Researcher will benefit from working across cross-functional teams including medicinal chemists, cheminformaticians, other chemistry deep learning experts and software engineers to work through complex problems and produce tangible working solutions.
