Shift: Monday to Friday 12.15pm - 5.15pm
Contract: 2 weeks Temporary, covering the Cheltenham and Grand National festival.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of William Hill, who are looking for vibrant and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join their already impressive team based in Dearne Valley.
Our client requires Customer Service Advisors to join them over a busy period supporting members of the public placing bets over the phone.
We are looking for people who are outgoing and bubbly in nature; this role involves a lot of customer interaction and as such you will need to have great people skills and enjoy building rapport and doing your best to help people with any enquiries. Excellent communication skills will be another of your main traits, as well as being happy to work in a fast paced and energetic environment.
You will be dealing with:
Tele-betting, placing bets on behalf of the customers
Updating account details
Setting up new accounts and closing existing accounts
