My clients 5 star property is a Hotel and Spa, situated on its own private island. Their 300 acre island offers a truly unique and memorable experience.
The hotel experience delivers unique levels of personal service, with decor blending the traditional with the contemporary. You can play on its 9 hole golf course, whilst visiting guests can enjoy a host of activities on the grounds and our spa and leisure facilities.
They offer a variety of accommodation including bedrooms , spa suites, cottages and self-catering options.
The kitchen is looking for a Chef De Partie and a Sous Chef to report directly into the Head Chef who has achieved 3 rosettes and is now looking for his first Michelin star. Typical menus include A La Carte 3 course dinner , luxurious 5 course tasting menu, or the deluxe 7 course tasting menu as well as their informal, bistro style menu .
You ideally will have rosette / Michelin experience. Accommodation is available.
