We have a vacancy for a chef in our busy country pub in South Somerset. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years pub / restaurant experience, and be able to work independently. Must be able to work under pressure to serve up to 60 covers at any one time, including Sunday carvery. The candidate should be able to prepare menu's and be compliant with food and hygiene requirements. In addition, the candidate must have at least a valid grade 2 food and hygiene certificate. Salary negotiable.
