As chef manager you will work alongside the front of house supervisor for this tea room, to produce a good standard of hot and cold meals and snacks, homemade cakes etc. working from 8am to 4.30pm daily, working 5/7 so does include weekend work although you will be able to get two Sundays off per month or one full weekend off per month, plus 22 days holiday and a good share of tips.
Chef Manager- The Role
-working 5/7 (includes weekend work)
-8am to 4.30pm daily.
-over seeing the kitchen team of 3 chefs and KP
-providing fresh food daily
-responsible for HACCP and COSHH
-Ordering and stock control on both front and back of house
-General Chef manager role
-Hands on cooking daily.
Chef manager- required experience
-At least two years in similar role
-Able to work 5/7 hours as required during opening
-Chef manager previously
-Fresh food background.
-Live locally and a driver with own car (ESSENTIAL)
-Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
-Able to train and develop team members.
