The Role: The successful candidate will be the Head Chef of a contract catering outlet in Birmingham city centre, using fresh produce. You will predominately be working Monday to Friday 7am-3:30pm over 40 hours. The group has multiple sites around the area and is very well known and respected within hotels, catering and restaurant alike.
If you are the successful Head Chef then you will be expected to lead, train and manage the team to offer excellent service as well as upholding standards and driving kitchen morale.
