Chef Manager- South Manchester - £25,000 (inclusive of shift allowance)
I am currently recruiting for a Chef Manager for a catering operation in South Manchester.
The role is a full time and permanent position based on a 40 hour working week on a 5 over 7 rota including weekends. The Kitchen is open for breakfast through to evening. you must be flexible in working times as the kitchen operates between 3.30am until 9.30pm. You will be contracted to 40 hours per week anything you agree to work over this would be paid as overtime. Free parking is available on site.
You should have an in depth understanding of food preparation using fresh ingredients following recipes to meet menu specifications and be able to lead a team. You must have an understanding of health and safety regulations and be able to meet financial targets and standards of quality.
