My client is looking for an ambitious, experienced, forward thinking Chef Manager to required to assist the Director in running a well known and reputable Catering company on the Fylde Coast. You will be required to work as a right hand man and oversee all aspects of the business including kitchen management, delivery of events, menu development and outside catering operations.
Previous experience of running a brigade and busy kitchen is essential as well as a driving licence and transport. You will also have extensive experience of costings, portion control, working to tight budgets and have excellent interpersonal and management skills.
This position would ideally suit someone who wants to get away from the daily Chefs routine and move into a more management roll.
Salary up to £32,000 based on experience
