A Chef Manager role is available at a play centre café located in South Yorkshire


The owner of a play centre is seeking a Chef Manager to take on the responsibility of the management of the kitchen that caters for the café and for parties. The café prides itself on cooking everything on site from fresh ingredients with many sourced from local butchers and suppliers creating daily specials as well as the main menu. As Chef Manager you will be 'hands on’ in the kitchen whilst also being responsible for supervising the other chefs; completing all paperwork; ordering; ensuring hygiene regulations are followed. This role can offer good working hours with the shifts generally being 8am to 4pm although there will be some 6pm finishes, working between 36-40 hours a week so it is important that you are flexible.


This role needs a Head Chef or Chef Manager who is used to running a fully fresh food kitchen with excellent team and kitchen management abilities. It is important that all applicants are seeking a role where they can continue to be creative but in a role where they can be offered more socialable working hours.
