Berry Recruitment are looking for a Chef de Rang to join the Food & Beverage team of a prestigious Country House Hotel in East Devon.
This is a permanent role with our client who offers high quality food with a tailored wine menu. As Chef de Rang you will be responsible for your own section in one of the three dining rooms in the hotel. You will make sure the MEP is ready so you can give your guests the most amazing dining experience. Together with the Restaurant Manager you will ensure that the highest level of customer service is maintained.
We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional who is determine to develop his/her skills within a Michelin star restaurant.

This Full-time, Permanent position is paying £21,500 per annum.
