Chef de Rang
Our Chef de Rang report to the Restaurant Managers and are responsible for assisting them in the smooth running of the establishment, staff supervision within their station, along with ordering and stock control, it is essential you have a friendly yet professional persona and you must have previous experience of working with an establishment of a similar high standard. You will be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team.
A customer facing role means being on show - so smart appearance is important along with a warm welcoming smile as you make our guests feel comfortable and relaxed.

A Chef de Rang is a waiter in charge of a station in the restaurant. Customer service is, therefore, the prime focus of the role. Excellent organisational skills are required, as they look aster the waiting team for a particular station. Someone with a commitment to helping us to deliver our core standards and provide our guests with a great experience every time.
This position will include shifts working Saturday and/ or Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods including bank holidays.
