Our client, a Michelin star Restaurant in Berkshire is seeking a passionate and professional Chef de Rang to join the team.
At this beautiful restaurant guests can enjoy modern French Cuisine across a selection of different menu's - from the Lunch Menu du jour to elaborate 10 course tasting menu's - all paired with exceptional wines and impeccable service.
Reporting to Restaurant Manager, The Chef de Rang will be responsible for overseeing a section of the restaurant during service and supervise and assist junior members of staff.
The Chef de Rang will:
- Deliver an exceptional service and guest experience.
- Be an excellent communicator and have a very good level of written and spoken English.
- Have a hands on approach and real passion for good food and wines.
- Will be a self-motivated and hard woking team-player.
- Be impeccably preseneted with a warm and friendly approach.
Ideally the successful Chef de Rang will have experience in a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin star enviroment and be ready to continyue to develop their fine dining knowledge.
Chef de Rang working hours will be 48 hours a week across Tuesday - Saturday (Sunday and Monday off every week). Working both lunch and dinner services daily.
A driver with own transport will be preferable as only limited live-in accomodation is available (at cost)
