My client , a lovely country house hotel is looking for a CDP to join the team. Reporting to the Sous and Head Chef you will be responsible for managing the day to day operation of a section according to company guidelines.

From traditional favourites and eclectic dishes in their Brasserie to lighter bites in their lounge or new Bar, all of the food is lovingly prepared using only the freshest seasonal ingredients. With Perthshire on its doorstep, they would be crazy not to make the most of incredible locally sourced produce that forms a key part of the Scottish dining experience.

Salary up to £21,000
