Tonic are currently searching for a Chef De Partie for a Rosette standard restaurant located in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. This is a great kitchen in which to master the classic techniques of English and French cuisine whilst working in a busy, buzzing and fun environment and being well rewarded for your efforts.
Opportunities are also available at a more junior level if you are not yet ready to hold a section at this standard but would still like the chance to learn and progress alongside some of Birmingham's best chefs.
Salaries are available circa £24k for a Chef De Partie or from £18k for Commis Chefs with additional tips and roles are available to start immediately. Parking is available to staff, there will also be training and support with your development supplied in this role. Rosette level experience is desired but not essential; the key is that you are passionate about great food and ambitious to be the best.
