We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a vibrant team in a two AA rosette restaurant within a luxury hotel in Falmouth.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Rosette kitchen, knowledge and passion for creating high standard food using fresh seafood and local produce.
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for your own section of the kitchen, supporting the senior members of the kitchen. You will be taught each section of the kitchen therefore you must be hard working, driven and dedicated.
You will be working 5 days per week with a mixture of straight and split shifts. This position comes with a generous salary and opportunity to work with a fantastic brigade of chefs.
