An experienced Chef De Partie is required to join a professional, forward thinking brigade at a prestigious establishment based just outside of Preston. You will ideally have at least 2 years previous experience as a Chef De Partie / Chef, and be qualified to City and Guilds 7061/2 or NVQ Level 1 OR 2 or equivalent.
You must have the ability to run your own section in this busy kitchen and be able to consistently produce a high level of cuisine using only fresh ingredients. You must be punctual, reliable, and display the highest standards of food hygiene at all times.
Hours are on a rota basis based on straight shifts, transport is desired due to the location of the establishment.
This job will give the right candidate the ideal environment to develop their skills from a Chef De Partie up to a Sous Chef.
