Chef de Partie - Hotel - Essex
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie, to join a well established hospitalitality Venue locally, with an enviable reputation.
As Chef de Partie, you will ideally have a background of working within the Kitchen of a 4 Star Hotel establishment.
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible to the Executive Head Chef, and will work alongside the Head Chef and the rest of the management team to ensure that a high level of Service is being delivered to all Guests, at all times.
- The Chef de Partie, is required to work closely with the Head Chef to assist with the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in the restaurant, events spaces, room amenities and other outlets within the Hotel.
- The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing a section with the assistance of a team to produce specification high standard dishes.
- The Chef de Partie is required to have an intermediate understanding of waste/stock control, functional administration, health & safety, section management, preparation standards.
Hours: Working 5 days over 7 days.
9.30am until finish, last orders being 9pm
